Open and Affirming – Panel Discussion

One of the Open and Affirming Committee’s hopes for our future is that we continue to grow and learn from each other. Some of us have life experiences that the rest of us do not, so we may be unaware of the challenges they’ve had and/or blessings they’ve received from these experiences.

For our next Open and Affirming discussion, we will be hosting a panel of 4 congregation members, Amos Smith, Joann Scott, Dawn Stone, and Katie McTigue, who will talk about some of their experiences and answer questions. We hope to learn how to see people more completely and find new ways to support them, both as individuals and as a congregation.
