The Memorial Committee oversees the administration of Memorial Gifts.  Its duties include:

  • Maintenance of the Memorial Labyrinth Garden
  • Ordering of Memorial Rocks
  • Keeping records of gifts and memorials to the church
  • Considering suggestions for appropriate memorials
  • Consulting with families about memorials
  • Recommending to Trustees appropriate use of Memorial funds
  • Carrying out projects authorized by the Board
  • Sending acknowledgment of receipt of Memorial funds to families and contributors
  • Keeping Book of Remembrance up-to-date

The Memorial Committee meets monthly. There are 5 members in this committee each serving a term of 5 years.
